The following is the approach we take with all due diligence while hiring the right people...

1. New Requirements from New / Existing Clients

Ideally, we like to work all the requirements that come our way, but that may be possible all the time.

2. Change, Updates and Resubmissions

Part of this team handles any changes or updates that have been communicated to us by our end clients, before they re-submit profiles.
The remainder of the team works on new client requirements that have been received from our end and new clients.

3. High Priority Requirements

HEN has been known to close a requirement within the first few hours of receiving it. But sometimes clients have an urgent req that entails immediate results. This team solely focuses on those time-sensitive needs.

4. Dedicated Screening Team for each Potential Submission

Once a profile becomes a possibility for submission, the candidate’s documentation is screened, double-checked and verified by this team to make sure everything’s in order. The candidate's ID, academic certification, work eligibility as well as background checks are performed by this team.

5. Shortlisting, Submissions, Interviews

HEN will not submit any candidate that hasn’t been completely and extensively vetted by our team. Once the I’s are dotted and T’s are crossed, a profile shortlisted, is submitted to the client. This team sees a candidate through the interview and recruitment process.

6. Delivery of Resource

Upon selection of a candidate by a client, it is this team’s responsibility to get the candidate’s physical being to the client site. This team takes care of the candidate’s relocation, travel, stay if warranted. This team also stays in touch with the resource after the fact to make sure everything’s in sync.

7. Finance - Timesheets, Invoices, Payroll

This department handles all the timesheets and approvals with regards to the resource on site and maintains invoices with the client’s finance team. They are also responsible of making sure the candidate gets their bi-weekly payment on schedule and in a timely manner.

8. Renegotiate

3 out of 5 of our candidates are reassigned by our clients. Clients do not like to let go of good talent, so they usually transfer the candidate to a different project or branch office. In such cases, the candidate’s contract, terms of agreement are renegotiated by this team.
